ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Macey—a Kansas City native with a love for tacos, to-do lists, and hanging out with my 3 dogs. My graphic design journey started about eight years ago when I discovered my passion as the editor of my high school yearbook (aka the mastermind behind senior superlatives and overly sentimental captions). But when I’m not designing, you can find me at music festivals, binging reality TV, or making moodboards for pretty much everything!
I graduated from the University of Kansas in 2020 with a BFA in Graphic Design, a minor in Art History, and a focus in Film and Media Studies. Graduating in the middle of a pandemic with no job and no clue what to do next, I decided to give freelancing a shot—because why not? It’s not like everyone else and their mothers did the exact same thing!
I dabble in all kinds of design, both digital and physical, but my true passion is bringing brands to life through visual storytelling. My goal as a creator is to explore as many areas of design as possible and to keep learning along the way.
Feel free to browse my portfolio or support a small business by snagging something from my shop. And if you’ve got questions—or an awesome idea—or a funny joke—please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thanks for stopping by!
