The mission of Lawrence Cares, Inc. is to work with any and all stakeholders to advocate for sustainable policies and solutions that ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming community for all.  Lawrence Cares will promote policies that prioritize services for Lawrence residents, promote public safety throughout Lawrence, and ensure uniform enforcement of current ordinances regarding public camping, the sale and use of drugs and alcohol, and destructive or nuisance behaviors that impact public spaces.
